NM CONCRETE SCREED SERVICES
When it comes to pouring concrete, any contractor will tell you that screeding is the most important step to guarantee smooth, level surfaces. Hand and mechanical tools have been the norm for decades, but new technologies have made this process easier and more efficient than ever before. NM Screed Rental offers contractors state-of-the-art, laser-guided screed machines with knowledgeable operators, to give projects the most precise and uniform concrete finishes possible.
NM Screed Rental, LLC is owned and operated by Jared Perez, a native of New Mexico who has worked in the concrete industry since 2016, studying the science and technology of laser-guided screed machines, which led to the creation of the company in 2018. He and his team have the knowledge and experience to handle commercial, industrial, and retail slabs of all sizes. NM Screed offers services all over the state of New Mexico, West Texas and Arizona, with the capability of providing services in other states as well.

OUR WORK
OUR FAMILY
At NM Screed, our family is at the heart of everything we do. Jared, the owner and equipment operator, brings his expertise and passion for concrete work, while Taryn manages the office and bookkeeping. Together we’ve built a business that is rooted in hard work, trust, and a shared commitment to providing top-quality service. Our “why” is simple. We are building something for our daughters. Every job we complete is a step toward securing a better future for them. Working side-by-side, supporting each other, to ensure that every project is done right and flat, with the care and attention to detail we pride ourselves on. Our family values are what make us strong, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to make this business successful.
